I was selling on eBay, and and international bidders bought the product. What can I do?

I do not accept international bidders from Ukraine. There's no way sellers can block international buyers. Is there anyway I can get eBay to credit my final value fee and to block it for me?

I'm pretty sure when you list, creating the bidding, that you can prevent international buyers from buying. It's like a little place you mark on the bid. I would make sure the buyer knows you don't accept international bids and make sure he doesn't try to pay. Then contact eBay. Usually, if you have to relist, if you... More

IIRC: if your posting clearly states "no international sales or shipments", ebay will eventually let ure-list at no additional charge.

of course you can block out of country bidders - you can also write it in the description area
