Is it better to be a cargo pilot or a commercial piolt?
For example fedex, ups, dhl? Or is Commercial better?

I should think you would need more of a "touch" to fly with people behind you rather than boxes of stuff. But either way, you need to know your stuff.

whoever's hiring and pays more! I understand freighter crews like the fact they can fly the plane in accordance with what the manufacturer built it to do....rather than what they need to do so the folks in back don't get nervous!

If you don't have a background in the airforce, you HAVE to fly several thousand hours doing non-commercial flights such as cargo with UPS... More

I would think cargo because companies will always be shipping something. Plus cargo pilots don't have to see angry face from passengers if the flight is delayed.
