Had my roof replaced?

A month ago we had our roof replaced from a tornado and the company we went with gave us an estimate to replace the roof and the gutters. The guy that gave us the estimate said that we would only be responsible for the deductible from out insurance claim. The guys came and did the roofing but the gutters are still not done. We have already given them what the insurance payed and there is still more then the deductible left over. The guy from the company said that we had to pay for the roof first and then they would do the gutters and then charge us for that, even thought the estimator they sent told us that we would only have to pay them when the job was done. So now they are charging us interest on the roofing part and we are still waiting for the gutters. Is this right???

call your agent and tell him what has happened and then get in touch with the adjuster and get his advice on the situation. if the roof is completely finished you need to pay for it. however, sometimes if you pay "up front" you will loose in the "rear", so be careful and smart in your dealings.
