What can you do if you are not happy with an insurance estimate on your damaged car.?
My car was in a hail storm and the estimator did an estimate on having the whole car fixed by PDR ( paintless dent removal). If this did not work they would bondo the car and paint it. The hood, top of the car, both doors on the passenger side, front quarter panel, back quarter panel, and the strip around the windows on the passenger side are damaged. They are half dollar and quarter size dents. Because I own the car, they would not give me an estimate except to base the whole car on dentless removal. They would not estimate the car on true repair, meaning if they had to bondo and paint the car. Is this right?

Who did the estimate? The insurance adjuster? If so, that's just a preliminary estimate. Take your vehicle to your shop and if they need to do more work, they will file a supplemental request with the insurance company.
