Is it possible for me to get a job in England, Ireland or Scotland?

I am currently a student in America, but I would love to experience life in Scotland, Ireland or England... is there any way I could get a job over there or pre-establish that I have one before I go over seas? I want to be a writer and an English teacher so would there be any travel writer jobs open or I could coach a sport or any teaching jobs open? Heck... I want to go soo bad I'd work at a store! so what jobs are avaliable?

The only way to work in the UK is if you are considered "highly skilled" and have skills that are in short supply - mainly scientific and medical fields, or if you have a Masters or PhD and qualify under the Tier 1 visa, or if you can get your US employer to transfer you to the UK on a Tier 2 Intercompany Transfer visa
