Why do people still believe this lie regarding i****************s?

Illegals do the jobs that regular americans complain about. They do jobs that need to be done but no one wants to do. This is an out right false statement. They work construction jobs, warehouse jobs, and are truck drivers. These are all jobs LEGAL citizens and immigrants would do if they were available and didn't require LEGAL citizens to be bi-lingual in order to cater to the ILLEGALS.

I've done those jobs. Immigrants do them cuz they don't pay. Americans would do the job if "Big Business" wouldn't drive down labor costs.

Believe me I know tons of people who would do those jobs and even worse jobs than those to feed their families. Tough times have fallen upon us and Americans will do those jobs if they need the money. People need to stop acting like immigrants are the only poor people around. Many Americans born in this country are... More

It's a partial lie. The number one job they do 2 years ago was Construction. Americans were still willing to do that job. I'm not sure now that it's still the most puppular job with illegals, since the housing down turn. Number 2 is Farming and 3 is house keeping. As for farming, Even in this recession, it's... More

It's not about whether you want to do the job, but about how much you want to get paid for it. If illegals will do those jobs for less than legals will, guess who gets hired. I'd drive a truck for $50 an hour, but the problem is that nobody will pay that much when there are plenty others who will do it for less.
