and to create more shovel ready jobs, why won't they support building a fence along the Mexico border?

When the fence is finally built, it will be to lock people IN.

I'd prefer roads with fewer potholes.

Because I would rather spend money on something that is useful and effective like a road or bridge. However, it should be a bridge to nowhere like you guys supported.

ALL liberals who want to improve infrastructure DEMAND building a fence along the border. The rest are liars.

Oh sure, a fence would work great, especially since Mexicans don't know how to climb, dig, or build ladders. Unless you're implying that we have a security guard stationed every few hundred yards, it won't work.

a fence isn't a one time cost. How is that fence at keeping out the Scots?

Because the fence doesn't work. I am all in favor of spending money on things that work. The border fence is pathetic and completely incapable of performing its assigned task.
