How will the anchors of CNN and MSNBC be able to competently perform election analysis tomorrow evening?
How will the upstanding networks address staff members that are too emotionally compromised to perform their jobs at a competent level? Or will we see more tirades like Keith 0lbermann's after Scott Brown's victory, calling him a racist, teabagger, etc?

They'll do okay, so will Fox. Election results are taken pretty seriously by all news organizations. I intend to follow C-SPAN. By the way, Alaska won't be done by tomorrow - a week for the write-ins. And Colorado and Washington look like good chances for a re-count.
