Is there any difference in men and women in handling situations at home and office/workplace?

Generally good office/workplace man is many times unsuccessful home bird. Women seem to handle babies, carry office work,do household chores more easily. Probably they are more all rounder and are less deeply involved in office work or outside world than men

women are multitaskers, this is true. The trick is something goes lacking, such as household chores or she takes on less office assignments.
