I would like to get into Medical School?

Hi, I am a current junior in college, and my g.p.a. is a 3.4, I had a rough freshman year of college but I have been working by butt off improving my grades since then. I took the MCAT and got a 28 on it, but I am not sure if my credentials are good enough for medical school? Any advice?

Your gpa is within the "ballpark" because it has an upward trend since your freshman year. The main problem is the MCAT. You need double digits on each section. Your GPA is a little low for most medical schools. You should probably look at DO, osteopathic medicine, schools since they don't require a 3.6 GPA like most medical schools.

It is unlikely that you will be accepted to a US medical school. Apply to the caribbean schools and you'll surely get in with your credentials.
