Why is Stimuloot money being spent to dismantle the Industrial Infrastructure, was outsourcing not good enough?

I'm thinking with all this talk of Jobs, the Government wants to make sure there are no old factories that could be re opened. Hey VoR It's a question not a claim. Most Network News has carried a story about tearing down a once productive factory. Yesterday the smoke stake incident was on all 3 Broadcast Networks

yep, its the progress and change we were promised not just by Obama it started with Clinton and NAFTA... when I was young I worked at flint rock shirt factory, its long gone to hit the community hard, it most likely will never recover unless something goes back in that building... always nosnod
