Other than Monster, Dice or Craigslist, is there any better job board or medium to reach the consultants?
Hi All, I am an IT Recruiter in the USA. I have been in search of the best way of reaching the consultants on my requirements. Tried several ways i.e. linked in, Craiglist along with my regular job boards like Monster and Dice. Unfortunately, due to high demand, i feel it hard when it comes to source a JAVA Developer per say. Please advice me with the best and useful ways to recruit the best IT Consultants.

The job boards you list are monitored by most consultants. If there is high demand for a particular kind of consultant, the answer to filling the position is to offer more money/benefits/better working conditions. Its the supply and demand thing.

Ladders.com is where you will find many higher level employees (consultants vs contractors). Also, any business group specializing in a specific industry will usually have job boards.
