What is wrong with my resume? I cannot get a job - for over a year...?

This is the resume I am using. For more than I year and more than 1000 applications, I got a few calls/interviews. It is super depressing. I am applying mostly for entry level positions. PROFLE Multilingual, highly motivated individual equipped with progressive accounting knowledge and expertise. Ready to sit for the CPA examination. Astute understanding of IFRS, GAPP, SOX and DFA. Excel and Quick Books conversant. Your education is a little confusing. If you have not graduated with your BS I would put something like I was working towards it, scheduled to graduate May 2011. It looks strange that you have your Master's of Law, but you list your number of credits, which shouldn't be necessary. What college or univ did you attend... More

Your resume is excellent you have alot of experience to offer but i believe when an hr manager see your resume they look at it and sit aside because its too much info keep in mind that its probably 100s of people applying for that same job they dont have time to read everything on your resume so i say make simple and...
