Should i change this part of my RESUME ?

This is my resume. Its exactly 2 pages long. I obviously left out the name of some places/locations. **********What i want to know I should take out the personality traits ( in the first 4 bulleted points) and just include them in my cover letter ? Should some words/verbs be changed into power words/action verbs ? What do i need to leave out? Does it have to be one page and how can i make it one page? I've applied to several jobs and i'm not sure if my resume is the reason they may not be calling back or something.. I want my resume to look great and stand out. I'm not sure if i'm trying too hard. Can you help me ? Please and thank you. So much to cut out here! Yes, cut out the personality stuff. Include a team-player example in your cover letter. This is way too much for no experience!
