Is it possible to come out of college with a degree in Automotive Engineering and get a job in Japan?
I'm just wondering if any body has information on the Automotive industry at all, and the possibilities of working in Japan with a degree in Automotive Engineering! Thank You for all of you answers!

In a manner of speaking, yes. You could get a job as an assistant English teach or an Eikaiwa teacher with any degree, as long is it's a 4-year degree.
