How important is university rank?

I've been accepted to the University of Delaware. I really love the campus and programs that they have. For that reason, I plan on attending there. They've been ranked 75th by US news I believe. What exactly is the difference in landing a job between a 75th ranked school and a top 10 ranked school or even an unranked local college. How much weight will that pull in gaining an interview. With a degree in computer science, would I be able to get an interview at the big businesses (JPMorgan, Astrazeneca, Bank Of America etc.)? Any answers are appreciated!
