Why does it seem like white people get all of the good jobs?

It seems like white get most of the management jobs, CEO jobs, most positions of authority and the minorities get the lesser paying and low level jobs? Are white people the only people that work hard and are smart enough?

This question sounds ignorant. Maybe those specific people are the ones who tried for the job. Maybe they work the hardest. I don't know. But I have see A LOT of minorities that were Mangers, bosses. CEO's. A LOT. I can't wait for all of the "It's cuz he's white" comments. I need a good laugh.

There are a lot of people that work hard at being stupid to get out of work, the black race seems to be better at that!!

Get the chip off your shoulder and apply for these jobs, no one is going to hand it to you. That probably the reason that you are so hostile, because things are not handed to you.

How many minorities have prepared themselves for leadership positions? Why does it seem that in many cases, the minorities get privileges that are denied to the whites? Just saying that the minorities have opportunities available to them to prepare them for leadership and management positions if they will go for it.

I use to work in a medium custody prison, the best Capt. that was ever there on that shift was a Black man, and if was still there I would still be working there as well, he treated everyone like a person and family, he was old school like me.
