Is the TSA the most ridiculous,uneducated and poorly trained "law enforcement" agency in our country ?

It's the armpit of the criminal justice system and the staff would have a hard time getting a job at a McDonald's. The federal government had to scrape the bottom of the barrel with this crew.

First of all: TSA IT IS NOT A LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. The government wants to create that perception but is not real. TSA guards do not have more legal authority than that of any security guard or an ordinary citizen. Yes. I like the description of this as "security theater" rather than real security. We keep hearing about how the Israelis keep El Al secure, but we don't hear about the feds trying to replicate their succss. Probably because El Al only hires college graduates because real security takes real brains.

Like a magnet it attracted persons that nobody ever paid an attention to before, and so they love to have the sheer authority over others! These same personalities can be found as prison guards, policemen, school teachers, and even movie theater ushers. Anywhere they can tell you what to do!
