Am I the only one having incredible difficulty finding a job?
I just graduated from college. I have my BA. And basically ever since August I've been nonstop job searching and have found nothing. I was trying for Administrative Assistant jobs and also Mental Health jobs (I was a psych major) and I kept getting rejected from every job b/c I was too young/ inexperienced... so now I'm trying for Sales Associate jobs and I'm even having trouble with those!!! w*f? I'm starting to lose it.

Psychology - you will fall into social work if you don't have a doctorate. Social work = 3rd lowest paying career by yahoo fiance Lots of graduates - little demand. Psychiatrist = one of the top paying careers out there. Salaries in the average of 90K a year. Would you consider going back to school???

You are NOT the only one. I just graduated from college as well and I'm working at a restaurant as a waiter... that was not my plan btw if you didn't figure that out. It's tough because the economy sucks and we're competing with people in their 40s with 20 years work experience.

Go back to school definitely. That's the best advice I could give you. One of my professors once said, "A BA in Psych lands you in Old Navy selling socks".. get into graduate work or consider medical school.
