Will my DUI disqualify me for a job at Cognizant?

I have a job offer as a Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a software company based in Teaneck, NJ. In March this year, I had a DUI in California. I am going to declare this in my background check form, and it will also turn up in my background check results. Will this automatically disqualify me for this job, or will it not cause me any trouble. I'm asking because I do not want to let go of my current job only not to get this other job. Thanks for your answers.
