Are Ron Jon branded wetsuits good quality?

It's a pretty straightforward question. To go into more detail, I am looking at a spring suit from Ron Jon, $60 (link below) and it sounds like a really good deal. I'm not sure if it's good quality though. I would go into Ron Jon and ask them, but I would think that they'd have a biased opinion since they work there. I don't know of any other retailers that sell Ron Jon wetsuits (obviously) except online. I have seen this suit in person. I am willing to spend more on a wetsuit. I like O'Neill a lot, they seem to be of good quality and I like how they look. However, I would rather have a Ron Jon wetsuit regardless of how good or bad I think it looks IF they are of similar quality. I live in South Florida, so I don't believe I need anything too heavy. I plan on going back into Island Water Sports again and talking to them. It's not exactly right down the road though, so that's why I am asking on here. Are Ron Jon wetsuits good quality? If not, please refer me to a different brand. I have received other references but I would like to get as many as I can. I would rather not spend over $150. Here's the link. I have not been able to find any reviews on it so far. Thanks!

Like almost anything else sold at Ron Jon, with the "Ron Jon" product label, they are probably made in China and fairly low quality. I noticed the "made in America" logo in your add. That may means that either the materials or the fabrication took place in the US, but not necessarily the whole process. Also, some... More

I've never heard of Ron Jon, but seriously, now a days any wet suit brand is good.

Sounds risky. There are so many factors when buying a wetsuit. Neck rash, warmth, and flexibility. It's one of those things I always try on, and I hate going into fitting rooms. But it means a way more enjoyable experience for a long time. Ron Jon the store overall seems pretty cheesy to me. However, it's probably a... More
