How do I become a real estate agent?

I know you need to get about 120 hours of training,plus pass the test. BUT do different states have their own liscenses? I live in Texas and I have a family member in Utah who wants me to get liscensed and sell some property for them. How easy is this to do for a first time agent?

First you have to go to school for this, they offer classes and you have to pay it takes about 6 weeks and yes every state is different and you have to take the test for it and it is not easy. You need to steady very hard to do this. so if you are going to get one I would get it in the state you live not just to sell... More
