LOL You and I both know that President Obama has slowly but surely turned this economy around. But of course, we also both know that the Republicans will claim victory for his success.

Those Republicans - "who just won the election" you refer to, don't even take their seats until January. Dumba55

LOL - just as some have already given them hellfire for doing wrong, I suppose someone has to give them credit for doing right - miraculously before the new Congress is seated!

Republican will only control one half of the legislative branch of Congress. And a Democrat will still be in the White House. And besides, Republicans will not take control until January. You failed again..... But I guess you're used to it by now.

this brings to light that the dem controlled congress, since 2006, are the financial problem in this country. i like how you are getting dems to admit this finally.

Recently started to read President Carter's White House Diary. It is mind boggling how weak this country has become since Republicans got control of the Senate for period of time in 80's and control of House.

Not yet. You see the mistake you make on this things is connecting the legislation with the results of that legislation. The GOP has not passed any legislation yet so they would not get any credit. The GOP has not passed any legislation since 2006 to speak of. The banking crisis and the Wall street bailout were... More

I see you are giving them the same chance that they gave the Democrats and President Obama. Good, what goes around comes around. And I hope House Democrats feel the same way and use every one of the parliamentary procedures that the Republicans used for the last two years when they attempted(and failed) to block... More

Could it be they are not in charge of the economy yet, that since 2006 the Democrats were running the economy off the cliff aka fanny mae and freddy mac. Let the new comers, the ones especially chosen by the Tea Party, get seated in congress before we start making judgments You knew that didn't you?

Yeah, that's actually two things; 1)Democrats. 2)The invisible hand of economics. Republicans will be sure two kill both when we morons give them the chance again.

Americans know all the regulations will stop and that's a plus for the economy. A truth and fact the economy wasn't going to grow under democratic control congress.
