Will I continue to lose weight like this?

Hi, I am soon to be 19 years old and I'm very overweight. I just recently started a job in a food factory, working on lines (eg. placing food into each individual tray, etc) not a very active job however it is a 12 hour shift for 3 days in a row and then you have 3 days off. Since I started I have lost average 3 - 4 lb a week. Will I be able to keep this up or is it just because it's a bit of a shock to the system that I'm losing this weight? I currently weigh 260 pounds/18.5 stone, and I have lost about 14 pounds/1 stone in this first month I started the job. What do you think? Will I continue to lose weight?
