I'm a 50 year old RN and need a new job?

I have been working in a dialysis clinic for the past 14 years, and I hate it The work itself is not bad, the people however, are terrible. I am the only one left over 40, all of these new young women show no respect for employers, coworkers and most of all patients! They complain about their unstable relationships, they show up late and they are constantly either texting or calling ON THE FLOOR! I need a new job with people my own age, this is just an entirely new generation i do not understand. Any suggestions?
