Would I have a better chance at a successful career entering the film industry or becoming a history teacher?

I'm going to Boston University right now and am just about done finishing all my required classes. I always thought I wanted to be a filmmaker, but reality is starting to set in and also want to make sure I can have a steady, well paying job when I'm older. I'm also interested in possibly teaching high school social studies. I know the chances of getting a history teaching job is hard, but what seems like it'd be a more satisfying and rewarding career choice? Thank you.
