Can Americans seriously say that Bankers EARN what they award themselves in bonuses? Or is it not just pure GREED on their part? The UK government is against it, but legislating creates the liklihood of the banks deserting Britain, and then we really are up the creek economically. Be content that the miscreants will be paying 50% tax on any sum received, but I'm sure the banks will find a way round that too.
