How does Hamilton Sundstrand get away with asking its employees to 50-60 hour weeks without paid overtime?

They are taking away benefits for employees, one by one, while asking employees to work 50-60 hour weeks to "help the team". How can such a company whose does not recognize that it's engineers are tired, exhausted and sacrificing their family time for this company who takes away benefits like forcing employees to take a week of vacation when they say to take it. No one deserves the treatment that engineers get in Hamilton Sundstrand.
