need help with a macro for a database in excel?

Hello, I'm working on a project about the quality of the water in the southern lakes of Chile. We are trying to reduce the environmental impact made by the salmon farms at the Llanquihue lake. The problem is that im struggling with a huge excel database. The thing is that I have 4 workbooks. Every workbook has 10 sheets or so. In every sheet there are many companies and they are not in order. What I have to do is order them in another workbook, where every sheet is a different company. What I've been doing is to manually copy and paste each one of them, but it's taking hours. I'm sure that there's a macro that can do the job in a minute. The logic of it must be like this: Search "name of company" on every sheet. When it's found, select the whole row. Copy the row in another workbook or sheet (doesn't matter). Do this for every sheet, for every company, for 3 different workbooks. END. If there's someone that can help, I'd really appreciate it. Plus your help will contribute to keep the lakes of the world cleaner for future generations. I'll give 5 points to the one that help me sort the problem out, and a huge ciber hug. My e-mail is, and my facebook is José Tomás Corthorn. Please contact me if you want to see the sheets. Thanks !!

The macro should go into the workbook that will collect information from other books. You can select any number of books through open file... More
