Why is it that the environmentalists are against americans having jobs?

They recently denied a large amount of coal to be mined in southern west Virginia. This mine would have created hundreds of jobs but apparently a mountain and a few trees are more important then unemployed workers. its in Lincoln county.

Environmentalism has a place in a management strategy. The problem with the left is that there is no balance and no common sense. Whatever the farthest out nut-job wants that is what they push for.

Where at, and by which company? You do know that Masey energy is facing huge law suits due to their rush for coal. There are a lot of things to consider before you just start mining for coal.

Because humans are "bad." Minnows, frogs, ants, sparrows, and wolves are good. Humans should walk around in burlap sacks, live in brush shanties, and eat dandelions. They don't need jobs, or methods of moving around. That's what enviro-nazis think.
