A teacher or occupational therapist, which is a better career?

I'm thinking about careers right now. I know I'd love to work with kids, mostly special education kids. Teaching excites me but I'm worried about finding a job and the pay. I know everything is not about money but I hear teacher don'it get paid well for what they do. Occupational therapist excites me too, working with kids with disabilities. Which career is better and has more room to advance and grow. Any advice would be greatful! Thanks for answers in advance!
