Use an all natural foundation in a liquid or cream form. That will go on your skin very easily, do the job of a concealer and foundation, and not go cakey. You should set it with a foundation or veil, though.
I see that you're fighting with acne (i do too) and you're right, benzoyl peroxide might make you more red, it made me red also - like an rashy red. I actually stopped with all these acne treatments and this is why: I found out that I was actually allergic to a whole bunch of the chemicals used in my facial wash, moisturizer, foundation, concealer, eye shadow, mascara, and etc. I won't name any names, but I bought my stuff from drugstores and even the department stores. My skin reacted pretty badly to the chemical preservatives, sodium lauryl sulfate, added synthetic dye and fragrances. I won't go into the boring details for you, but I basically stopped using these stuff and switched to a all safe and non-toxic system. My facial wash, moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup do not have any artificial chemicals in them anymore and my face doesn't break out as badly anymore. I still get an occasional pimple every now and then, but I just leave it alone and it goes away.
I think you're using the right sunscreen, jojoba oil is natural and safe. If you feel that your makeup is melting away in the sun, well thats because you're in the sun. You'd expect your face to sweat in the sun and that is exactly why you feel like your makeup is slipping. You COULD buy a foundation that has polyethylene aka plastic in it and then your makeup won't slip around as much, but do you really want to wrap your face in plastic? It won't let your pores breathe and cause you to break out.
