glo worm boiler question?

a friend has moved into an old cottage which has a boiler in the garage, it is a glo worm 30ci, it has the programmer built in to the front which means she has to go outside to give the heating a boost etc. My question is is it possible to relocate the programmer inside any how & who should i get to do it, a gas safe engineer or an electrician as it appears to be a matter of extending the wire. I have contacted glo worm but they refuse to answer my question as i not a registered install. I f there are any plumbers or gas engineers who could help i would be very grate ful. regards

on board programmer cannot be moved from the boiler, get a Honeywell 972 (927?) RF programmable room stat. Honeywell have a web site This will give total control of the heating from inside the house. Any good Gas Safe engineer should know how to do it
