How to become a security officer?

I want to know what do I need to do to become a security officer and how much the course and the SIA card cots.

First you need to take a security training class. Then go to a live scan facility and get fingerpirnted so they submit your prints to the state. Then submit an application to the state, the state will run your fingerprints and a background check on you. Once you clear you will be issued a security license or SIA card... More
