I live in England. How do I get a nannying job in America?

Hi I currently work in a Nursery in England, I have tonnes of childcare qualifications but I am unsure about how to find a job abroad? Does anyone know how to do it???

You seriously do not want to come to the US. The economy sucks and it is very hard to find a job. It is possible to find a job at a daycare center here, or even nanny for a family, but the pay for both is only so so. You will not be able to work in a day care facility as these are not considered 'high need' jobs and they will not be able to sponsor your visa... More
