How to become a serious ballet student?

I love ballet and I take three ballet classes a week which is three and a half hours of ballet, I also practice at home and practice some classical ballet pieces at home, yes I always correct myself. I started when I was twelve and I'm in a Ballet 3 class which is before Pre Pointe. I wish I could take more classes a week and go to a better ballet school but my parents and I don't have enough money. I'm going to try and start baby sitting but there are tons of babysitters in my neighborhood so that might not work out. How can I become a a serious ballet student without spending tons of money? Do I have a chance at becoming a ballerina one day at a smaller company(like the Richmond ballet)? What else should I do in order to raise more money to take more classes?
