Emirates IT Group Senior Software Developer Position, Is it worthy?

Hi, I am a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Team Leader at the Biggest Software Service Company in the world in its branch in Egypt, I have an opportunity to work for the Emirate IT Group in Dubai UAE as a Senior Java Developer. I will be outsourced through an outsourcing company to work for them so the salary is not so competitive, my question is: 1) Need to know about Emirates IT Group reputation and if it will add a value in my CV taking into consideration I am working currently in a big company in Egypt. 2) Will working at Emirates IT Group will help me in the career path in terms of technical and non technical experience 3) About having a low salary now, is it worthy to accept that if the company name is big so I might be offered to work with them in case I proved a good performance. 4) What's a competitive salary I might ask for a 5 years experience developer worked for big multinational company? and how about accommodation & fly backs ? 5) If any one is living in dubai, what's the cost of renting an apartment near Diera ? Thanks for you time, and I appreciate your replies.
