How to raise the humidity level in my bearded dragon cage?

We live in an apartment and the heat is always on. Its set and controlled by the apartment complex. I spray his tank several times a day, but the levels drop to zero quickly. I am currently in orientation for a new job and am not home during the day. I don't know if it will hurt him to not have any humidity for a big part of the day. Any help would be appreciated. Should I get a mister of some sort to help or what?
