What do you ask in a phone interview?
I have a phone interview in a half hour for a cold call resume I placed 2 weeks ago. This is a Sales Compliance/Business Analyst Position. What would you ask in a phone interview, or what do you suggest I do to promote myself?

Phone interview are usually just screening interviews. The interviewer will ask you some common questions - about your education, previous work experience, why you want this job etc. In the end they WILL ask if you have any questions - and you MUST have them ready. i would ask why the position to which i am applying became open, if someone vacated this position, ask why.
