What is the difference between government jobs and welfare to the public?

What do they make? What do they do that does not make most of out lives more difficult? Construction jobs are not government jobs even though they are funded partially be the government. How will those new IRS clerks help you get a job?

They will buy stuff and the factory will have to make it. In order to make the stuff, they will have to hire more guys to put stuff together. They will also have to buy the stuff the stuff is made out of. The guys that sell the stuff will have to hire more guys to deliver and make the stuff.
