Are police officer job requirements based on height and weight legit?

suppose a female applied for a police officer job that required a 5'9" and 160 pounds person but she's only 5'6" and 125 pounds. so she didn't get the job because of that. Therefore, she files a suit against the agency. will she be able to succeed in this process?
