What does it take to move from the US to the UK?

I am just curious about moving permanently from the United States to the United Kingdom. Does anyone have advice about it? Preferably what is required to move, any major differences I should be aware of, if the UK accepts US college or university degrees, and the citizenship outlook from now to somewhere about ten years in the future? And of course anything else you may want to add would be greatly appreciated. Would being a pilot or photographer help as well?

Do a web search (always a good idea as the 1st thing to do) for "UK immigration". You will probably find it is harder than you think.

We are not that choosy and Americans are usually welcomed here. I don't think you have to have any special requirements . The exact opposite is true if we wanted to go to the US. We are the only country that cannot participate in the green card lottery and for us to work in America is an aspiration too far .
