MBA after Pharmacy Degree Possibilities?

I was planning on getting a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy here in Canada. I done some heavy research into the career of pharmacy and even shadowed a pharmacist working in a busy retail pharmacy for a week. The profession is well paying, stable, productive and it isn't nearly as boring as narrow minded people make it seem to be. The stability of the job attracts me a lot. Most full time working pharmacists in Canada can gross anywhere from 80-90K a year and job prospects are good especially in suburban areas... But for my entire life I wanted to be involved in the field of business especially in marketing, economics or finance, but the problem is these careers aren't as stable so I would rather get a pharmacy degree first Is it possible that 5-6 years down the line I could always get an MBA and get involved in the business side of pharmacy/or even just switch gears into finance? In my opinion pharmacy school is really competitive and rigorous so if I could get through it all the course content in an MBA isn't what would worry me, its just getting into a good reputable MBA program with a pharmacy degree and the opportunities that lay ahead?
