What are the best CSUs (California State Universities) when it comes to dorm life?

Okay, I know I'm going to be asking some vague questions and many will be tempted to say "It's up to you" and "it's according your own personal liking," but I would like to know some opinions people have. Okay, first, some background info: I live closest to CSU Fresno and went on a tour there. It was nice. I don't have enough money to visit anywhere else, though, so I can't tour the campuses there and I need info on them. I have no clue what I want to major in, so I'm first looking at life in the colleges, because I'm likely to live on campus. I also prefer city campuses to the more rural ones. I have close to a 4.0 but I'm not big on leadership, clubs, or volunteering. My grades are the best thing going for me. My questions: What are some of the cheaper campuses for living in the dorms (that get the best bang for your buck)? What do some of the plans include? (Does this "cheap plan" include a meal plan or is that separate? Do you get access to a gym or something or is everything except the bed more money?) Which have good living situations? What are they like? What is the order of easiest to hardest in order of admission? (Which ones are hard to get into and which ones are more lenient?) Here is a list of them for reference: California State University Bakersfield California State University Channel Islands California State University Chico California State University Dominguez Hills California State University East Bay California State University Fresno California State University Fullerton Humboldt State University California State University Long Beach California State University Los Angeles California Maritime Academy California State University Monterey Bay California State University Northridge California State Polytechnic University, Pomona California State University Sacramento California State University San Bernardino San Diego State University San Francisco State University San Jose State University California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo California State University San Marcos Sonoma State University California State University Stanislaus Please and thank you!!!!!
