Whats happened to Cameron's pledge of protecting the NHS?

More than 50,000 NHS jobs face being axed, including doctors, nurses and dentists, because of Government spending cuts, "destroying" claims about the funding of the health service, according to a new report. The report detailed a series of cuts at trusts including East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust; Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; University Hospital of North Staffordshire NHS Trust; Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust; Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. Mugwumps, love your site.

Cameron doesn't care about 'the people', he has no idea what we need, no idea what to do, and will endeavour to dismantle the welfare state just like Thatcher did. Nothing is safe with Cameron in charge.

Like Mugwumps, I also warned people about this in the run up to the elections. Cameron was in talks with Nurses For Reform before the elections. This is a group that are all for privatisation of the NHS, but when tackled on the issue Cam the Sham just said he talks to loads of people. It has now come out that his party... More

Besides the usual Labour apparatchiks who say he hasn't. As has been said Labour threw billions at it and what was it spent on? There are too many bureaucratic chiefs and not enough medical professionals in the NHS.My family work in the NHS and say the waste of resources is a disgrace. For example bringing in agency... More

Moron, it has now become clear, is criminally insane. He must not be 'PM' for a second longer. No law 'culture' embracer (MP) should remain in office at public expense, if responsibility remains in the hands of that crap rabble for a minute longer you can kiss goodbye to, well, more wealth than you can imagine.

Once again another demonstration of the outrageous behaviour of the unaccountable Trusts putting their gold plated pensions above the welfare of ordinary people.
