what is the cost to have a plumber replace bath tub faucets & install shut off valves ?

Depends on your location and brand of faucet you choose. You will have to call you local area to find one.You may want to call a plumbing supply company and ask for names of good contractors

Michael, If you're simply talking about a tub spout and a couple of supply valves under a sink... 1 hours' labor & about 20-30 dollars worth of parts.
