How much does it hurt to get a tattoo/Piercing?

I'd Like to get a tattoo or a piercing, I was wondering how much they hurt?

ive never gotten a tatoo before so i have no idea.. but for piercing if your talking bout ear lobes then it depends, some people have squishy ear lobes making it less painful while others have hard ear lobes making it more painful.

Not neccessarily, but that all depends on your own pain tolerance level, with piercings you generally don't feel it, I had my first piercing four years ago a labret & I was worried about the pain, most guys I asked said it killed most girls said they didn't feel it, I didn't feel a thing, I was half way through asking... It all depends on the person, I have 8 piercings and yeah some pinched for a momemnt but nothing like "OMG" so yeah. As for tattoos, same thing, it all depends on the person and where you get the tattoo.

Ok so piercings, its a needle going through your skin, so yes it will hurt. Just how much depends on your pain barrier and how much u want it. I pierced my own ears with no numbing and yes it hurt but not enough to make me stop... More

my tattoo just kinda felt like a razor blade going through my skin, it hurt alot, but it was definently worth it, as for piercings, if u get it done proffesionally it wont hurt alot, i did my lips and belly button by myself, and it was ok, i got my anti eyebrow at a shop and it only hurt for a second
