How do i become a real estate agent ? And do you think the market is to bad at this moment?
How do i become a real estate agent ? Who do i contact to get licensed ? About how much does it cost ? I honestly only want it as a part time job because i'm aware of how the market is right now but do you think it would be a good part time job ?

To become a real-estate agent you need to go to school and than pass the required exam. For example, my schooling was about 12 weeks (I believe?) and about $450 dollars including the textbook. After you pass the state exam, you have one year to hang your license with a broker... More

depends on the state you live in...I took a 60 hr course and passed the text on the 1st try. The test is very difficult and you really need to read the Questions. it all cost about $1500.00 and it'll cost another $500 or so a yr in dues maybe more depending on you association and another $300 or so in continuing... I wish you mention your location. States has different requirements in getting a licensed to become a real estate agent. One thing is for sure, you must be at the age of 18 and able to finish the given course that necessary to take and able to pass the given exams.
