I am from the old "school" that believes experience trumphs education any day of the week. As someone who works with educators every day, I can safely say they are the WORST at completing even the most rudimentary tasks let alone following procedures. Educated Idiots is the term most often used.

That depends on the person. I have seen many brilliant people who are self educated, and have aspired to and achieved wondrous things. Would I not vote for such a remarkable person because they lacked a degree? MR
