My husband wants me to quit my job and is harassing me at work?

He's trying to force me to quit my job because he thinks that I'm sleeping with one of my coworkers ( im not) he is calling my job and cursing the employees and threatening to kill them. I dont know what to do. He has done this at other jobs that I had and I always quit. But this time I really don't want to quit my job. Can my employer fire me because of my husbands actions? And what can I do to stop this from happening!

I have two very good friends, both of which I've known for many years finally got married a few years ago. As of recent, the husband has been acting very similar to how you describe your husband. The wife quit her job about the time they wed and is now a stay-at-home-mom, raising three children by herself for the most... More

I don't think legally he can fire you because of your husbands actions. But he might tell you to take a leave of absence so you can sort the issues you have a home with your husband. I suggest you leave him then get an order of protection from the courthouse. That way he can't call or show up anywhere near your job. If... More

with a name like "FLUFFY PANTS" I can see why you don't want to quit your job. I bet you the lunch time special at your job and men pay top dollar to poke your cervix. Just give your husband more sex and reassure him that he is your MAIN squeeze.

You can get away from your husband as fast as possible. Is he hitting you yet? If he hasn't started, he will. He wants to control you at all times and restrict your access to others. He will turn your friends and family against you and you against them. Honestly, it's textbook abusive behavior. Keep the job, lose... More

Wow. Why are you so desperate to have a husband? If my hubby ever did something like this (and it won't happen - just making a point) I'd be at an attorney's office within an hour.

You need to figure out why he is doing this first of all. If he has low self esteem, this first site may help with relationship and self esteem issues and you can get him to have more faith in you and stop calling you at work. On the other hand, if he tries to control you at home in other ways, keeps you from having... More

Tell the police and let them deal with him. By harassing you and threatening your co-workers, he's got himself into a situation where he could go to jail. Take out a no-contact order and divorce him. He's bullied you out of several jobs already, and it's time for you to put your foot down and say "enough". You need... More
